Kim Kardashian just dropped one of her most vulnerable confessions yet—opening up about her complicated marriage to Kanye West, the emotional toll it took, and a health scare that left fans stunned.

“I Always Felt Like I Had Stockholm Syndrome” 💬

During the Season 7 premiere of The Kardashians, Kim peeled back the curtain on her past with Ye, saying she spent years feeling trapped in a dynamic that left her constantly trying to save him.

“I always felt like I had a bit of Stockholm syndrome,” she admitted. “I always felt bad, always protected, always wanted to help.”

She went on to say she’d often tell herself, “I should’ve stuck it out” or “I could’ve helped him,” but for the first time, she finally stopped taking responsibility for his chaos.

The SKIMS founder didn’t hold back on how the stress is still showing up—both emotionally and physically.

“I haven’t had psoriasis since I got divorced, and it just started coming back,” she revealed. “I felt more stressed, probably because I had to super, super protect what I had to protect.”

A Health Scare Amid the Stress 😔

As if that wasn’t enough, Kim also shared that she was diagnosed with a small brain aneurysm after undergoing an MRI—something doctors linked directly to stress.

“They were like, ‘Just stress,’” she told her family in a teaser clip from the show.

Stress from what? According to Kim, much of it comes from still having to deal with her ex.

“It’s a Divorce—Not a Kidnapping” 🫶

Kim says she’s constantly navigating public scrutiny, and Kanye’s erratic online behavior while co-parenting their four kids: North (12), Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (6).

“It’s very confusing, because there’s all this talk online like I’m ‘keeping the kids.’ He’s never once called to ask to see them,” she said. “When it’s not true and not rational, I just have to … I can’t engage all the time. It’s a divorce, not a kidnapping.”

Her frustration was clear, but so was her exhaustion.

“Everyone around can handle it,” she said, “but my poor kids.”

TL;DR 💬

  • Kim Kardashian said she suffered “Stockholm syndrome” in her marriage to Kanye West 💔
  • She revealed doctors found a small brain aneurysm, caused by stress 😣
  • Kim says Kanye’s behavior still affects her daily life 😤
  • She’s trying to protect her four kids while staying out of the drama 👩‍👧‍👦
  • And she’s reminding everyone: “It’s a divorce, not a kidnapping.”

The new season of The Kardashians may be filled with glam and business wins, but Kim’s honesty shows there’s still a lot of pain behind the perfect posts. 💭
